APOTHECARY GARDEN: GROUP HARVEST & MEDICINE MAKING
Included gratis for all active Apothecary Garden Members & Apprentices, and open to non-members for $50 per session (exact details subject to change closer to the date, based on the seasonal abundance of the garden!).  Workshops will be held on a select Wednesday of each month, from 10am to noon, up in the Apothecary Garden, led by Aubrie. Exact date will be set two weeks ahead of time, and uploaded here when we have confirmed the date, based on how the plants are looking!

  • March 18th : Welcome Orientation : Garden Walk *members only

  • April 22nd : Food as Medicine : Harvesting Nettles : Making Nettle Pesto

  • May : Tinctures: Harvesting Milky Oats or Cal Poppy : Making Tincture

  • June: Tea Blends : Harvesting Alfalfa, Raspberry, Skullcap : Making Nutritive Tea Blends

  • July : Infused Oils & Salves : Harvesting Calendula : Making Healing Salve

  • August : Syrups : Harvesting Elderberry : Making Wellness Syrup

  • September : Saving Seed for Next Year's Garden

  • October : Oxymels : Harvesting the Kitchen Sink : Making Fire Cider

  • November : Root Harvest : Tucking Beds in for the Winter

  • December : Turmeric Harvest : Closing Gathering
